Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By using Searchyze services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Searchyze is a web application that analyzes, reports, and visualizes your Google Search Console data. The Service includes Search Console performance analysis, content recommendations, AI-powered suggestions, and related SEO tools. A valid Google account is required to access the Service.
2. Account and Use
You access the Service by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for the security of your account. You must use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You grant the API permissions (Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads) required for the Service of your own accord.
3. Prohibited Uses
The following uses are prohibited:
- Using the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Gaining unauthorized access to the system or attempting to circumvent security measures
- Overloading the Service with automated requests, bots, or similar tools
- Infringing third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
- Redistributing data or analysis from the Service for commercial purposes without permission
- Gaining unauthorized access to others’ accounts or data
4. Data and Integrations
The Service requires access to your Google Search Console, Analytics, and Ads data. This data is used solely for analysis and reporting purposes. Processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You must comply with Google API Terms of Service and applicable policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The Searchyze name, logo, interface, and related content are owned by Searchyze. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights. Reports and analyses in the Service are for your personal use; we do not permit commercial resale or redistribution.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Searchyze does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid or, for free use, zero.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party services such as Google, OpenAI, and Gemini. These services have their own terms. Searchyze is not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
8. Modification and Termination of Service
Searchyze reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service without prior notice. Your access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will first be resolved through peaceful means; if disagreement persists, the competent Turkish courts and enforcement offices shall have jurisdiction.
